Privacy policy

Last updated: October 17, 2026

This policy explains how REVENTURY Travel Planner uses personal data. The service is operated under the trade name Very Easy Group, a French sole proprietorship, at 7 rue Louis de Broglie, 65000 Tarbes, France (SIREN 852209956; SIRET 85220995600048). Contact: hello@reventurytravel.com.

Account and trip data

We process your email address, authentication information, profile details and preferences to provide and secure your account. Depending on the features you use, we also process destinations, travel dates, itineraries, activities, bookings you record, checklists, budgets, shared expenses and invitations.

Account and planning data are used to provide the service you request. Security, troubleshooting and abuse prevention support our legitimate interest in operating a reliable service. Do not upload identity documents, payment card details or other sensitive information that is unnecessary for planning your trip.

Shared trips

People you invite to a shared trip can access the trip information made available through that collaboration. Share only information you are entitled to disclose, and check who has access before adding personal information about other travellers.

Shopify customer account and orders

Your verified account email can be used to find or create the corresponding Shopify customer record and display your associated orders, delivery status and refund information. Profile changes made through the customer features can be synchronised with Shopify. Where an additional Shopify verification is required, the interface will ask you to complete it.

These exchanges support account and order services you request; they do not subscribe you to marketing by default. Signing in to the Planner does not place an order. Payments and refunds are handled through the store and its payment providers; the Planner does not need your full payment card number. Deleting your Planner account does not automatically cancel orders or erase store records that must be retained.

Location, maps and external services

If you choose a nearby-search feature and allow browser location access, coordinates are sent to our server and the relevant places provider, such as Google Places, to return nearby results. Location access is optional and can be revoked in your browser settings.

Map tiles, photographs, embedded resources and external booking or navigation links may connect your browser to their providers. Those providers can receive connection information such as your IP address. Flight and place searches transmit the search criteria needed to answer your request. External providers apply their own privacy policies.

Emails and support

We use your email for sign-in, invitations, account and service messages, and to reply to support requests. Optional news and promotional messages follow your subscription choice; you can unsubscribe through the email link or your account preferences. Unsubscribing from promotions does not stop messages needed for an action you request.

Cookies, local storage and audience measurement

The service uses cookies or browser storage for authentication, language, currency, preferences and consent choices. Campaign information may be kept for the current browser session. If you start a first trip without an account, your answers are stored locally in this browser for up to 7 days so you can resume them during registration. They are saved to your account only when you sign in and confirm saving the trip. Clearing browser data or switching devices can prevent recovery.

Our internal audience measurement records page paths, referring domains, campaign details, approximate country, device category and a daily pseudonymous visitor identifier derived from connection information. Pseudonymous data are not the same as anonymous data.

The Planner also loads Microsoft Clarity for usage analysis, including interaction and session information. Optional Meta, Google Analytics or TikTok scripts, when configured, are controlled by the advertising consent banner. Clarity currently loads separately from that banner. Browser cookie and tracking settings can limit third-party collection. Contact us to ask about or object to audience measurement.

Service providers and recipients

Access is limited to the operator and authorised service providers involved in hosting and delivery (Vercel), account authentication and database services (Supabase), email delivery (Resend), customer and order features (Shopify), audience analysis (Microsoft Clarity), and the travel, map or content providers involved in a feature you choose. Optional advertising providers receive data when their configured scripts are enabled by your consent.

We may disclose necessary information to competent authorities where required by law, or to establish, exercise or defend legal claims.

International processing

Some providers process data outside the European Economic Area, including in the United States. Applicable provider agreements and transfer mechanisms must be considered for those services; contact us for information about the safeguards relevant to your data. We do not claim that all data remain in France or the European Union.

Retention and account deletion

Account and trip data are kept to provide the active service. When you request deletion, we assess what can be removed and what must remain for legal obligations, security, dispute handling or records concerning other participants. Technical logs, email records and backups may follow separate retention and deletion cycles.

Retention depends on the purpose, whether your account remains active, applicable legal requirements and the time needed to resolve an outstanding request or dispute. Store transaction records have their own retention requirements. You can request details or deletion at hello@reventurytravel.com or use the account closure feature.

Your rights

Where applicable, you can request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or object to processing based on legitimate interests. You can withdraw consent for future processing without affecting processing already lawfully performed. We may need proportionate information to verify your request.

Contact hello@reventurytravel.com. We normally reply within one month; if an extension is legally available, we will explain it. You may also complain to the CNIL in France or your competent data protection authority.

Policy changes

We update this policy when the service or its data practices change. The date above identifies the current version. Material changes will be brought to your attention through an appropriate channel.
